The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill on page four, section one-n, line seventy-six, after the word “section” by changing the period to a colon and inserting the following proviso: Provided further, That if the number of congressional districts is reduced to two, that no more than five Industrial Development Sites shall be located in any one congressional district.
